My entire experience dining at the Minneapolis Airport was phenomenal! I have Celiac Disease and finding safe food while traveling can be challenging. During my layover, my first attempt at finding lunch was Leeann Chin because their menu had some items labeled gluten free. When I asked about procedures for cross contamination, John was knowledgeable about the risks of their woks, and recommended "People's Organic" around the corner. I was kindly greeted by Maloku, who explained that some of their "to-go" salads were gluten free. He also mentioned the option for the kitchen to make a fresh salad or rice bowl with a note for Celiac Disease. I picked a table and Ken was one of the best servers I've ever had! He asked if I was in a hurry, and I wasn't - but my food was ready very quickly! I appreciated Ken's communication style and kindness - and again, very knowledgeable about precautions for gluten! THANK YOU team! For a delicious and safe start to my business trip!

Five-Star Experience at People’s Organic From the moment we walked into People’s Organic, we felt something different. A warm, welcoming energy met us at the door—this guy greeted us like we were old friends, called us his VIPs, and personally seated us with genuine care. We didn’t know it at the time, but that was Daniel, the manager. We only found out when we thanked him on our way out, and it all made sense. The macro bowl? Absolute art. The presentation was next-level—vibrant, balanced, and plated like a chef’s love letter to clean eating. Every bite was as intentional as the layout, and it tasted even better than it looked. And when my seasonal beverage wasn’t in stock? Daniel didn’t hesitate. He walked over to a neighboring spot and brought one back for me. No drama, just pure hospitality. That kind of gesture sticks with you. Then, when I casually asked if they had cookies for dessert, Daniel went above and beyond—again. He made sure I got one, no hesitation, just that same generous energy. It was the perfect sweet finish to an already unforgettable experience. Throughout the meal, Daniel checked in with warmth and sincerity, making sure everything was just right. It’s clear he leads with heart, and that vibe flows through the whole place. If you’re looking for a spot where the food is beautiful, the service is unforgettable, and the people treat you like family—People’s Organic is it. Ask for Daniel… or just wait for the guy who makes you feel like a VIP. Odds are, it’s him.

June 2025 Review I really enjoyed the avocado toast here—four small slices topped with fresh, flavorful avocado. While the price was on the higher side at around $22, it’s somewhat expected at the airport. I paired it with a chocolate croissant and some fried potatoes, which rounded out the meal nicely. Overall, a very solid breakfast option, especially for an airport setting.

I was so excited to find a healthy food option while on a lay over at The Minneapolis airport. As a vegan finding choices other than french fries can be difficult. The food was fresh and hearty. The service was excellent and friendly.

Excellent meal- had the breakfast bowl and it was perfect. The Bloody Mary is one of the best I've ever had. Service from Abraham the bartender was great- he was attentive and helpful. One of the best dine-in experiences at MSP!
